Executive Committee
Establishment and operation of the Executive Committee
- In all municipalities have more than one alderman an executive committee of the mayor and deputy mayors is formed. The Executive Committee is a collegiate coordinating and executive body of the municipality that monitors the implementation of municipal policy in all areas and the implementation of the operational plan of the municipality of the six month, annual and five-year action plan.
- Chairman of the Executive Board is the mayor. The chairman of the council of the local municipality or community is called when specific topics are discussed. Additionally the presidents of municipal entities and other government officials are whenever necessary.
- Clerk of the municipality keeps writing practice meetings of the Executive Committee.
